Just wanted you to know that today, with the match from the University of Maryland, we reached our goal of $125,000, which means that we will be able to give our first fellowship next summer. As you well know, Ronna would be absolutely overwhelmed by all the love and generosity that her memory has engendered. I can just picture the look on her face: eyes wide, jaw dropped, big smile. And she would be incredibly relieved that I can stop asking people for money. I still miss her terribly, but am deeply comforted by the fact that she will always have a place in so many people’s hearts. Not least, yours.
