Green Mayo

  • 2-3 jalapeños, halved (keep seeds if you want more spice)
  • 1 bunch cilantro, stems removed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ C mayonnaise
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth. Store in fridge for up to a week.
